Meet Dr. Bato

Tricia D. Bato was born and raised in Southern California and achieved both her Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).  

Dr. Bato has been involved in several research projects related to the specialty of Periodontics during both her college and dental school years. She successfully completed a three-year residency at the University of Southern California (USC) and earned her Certificate in Periodontology in 2007. She also received the American Academy of Periodontology Award for Achievement in Periodontology and the California Society of Periodontists Award for Outstanding Periodontal Resident.

Dr. Bato is Board Certified in Periodontics and practices all aspects of periodontal and implant therapy.  She is involved in several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association.  In addition to private practice, Dr. Bato has held teaching positions at the UCLA School of Dentistry and at the Dental Hygiene Clinic at West Coast University.

In her free time, Dr. Bato enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling and catching up on her favorite sports teams.
